The Schedule of Rates (SOR) for Lump Sum Works form part of the Contract Documents for contracts based on drawings and Specifications to be used as a basis for the evaluation of variation works.

This SOR is updated every two (2) years by Bahagian Khidmat Kos dan Inovasi (BKOSI), CKUB in line with the current market price for materials, labour and plant/machinery hire.

It is arranged in accordance with the list of trades ie: Piling, Excavation, Concretor, Bricklayer, Drainlayer, Roofer, Carpenter and Joiner, Ironmongery, Steel and Ironworker, Pavior, Plasterer and Tile Fixer, Plumber, Glazier, Painter and Road, Culvert, Fencing and Turfing.
