The Schedule of Rates (SOR) for Minor and Repair Works is updated every two (2) years by Bahagian Pembangunan & Khidmat Kos (BPKK), CKUB in accordance with the regulations set by MOF. The SOR may be used to calculate costs for requisition works ONLY and shall not be used for the calculation of variation works in Lump Sum contracts.

The requisition works mentioned above involves repair works for building, roads and drainage, site cleaning and clearing and other repair works that do not alter/change the original structure with a cost of not more than RM100,000. The SOR is arranged in accordance with the list of work skills in relation to the renovation and repair works.
