Building ATDA

ATDA is an assessment in the overall tender cost of work activities from the beginning to completion, i.e. cost of main contract or material, labour and supervision, cost of land, consultancy fees and miscellaneous.

ATDA Online is a simple way for Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost analysis from the Summary of Bill of Quantities (Conventional Contract) or Contract Sum Analysis (Design & Build Contract).

System users shall be able to fill-in data for all new projects and has flexibility to amend or update the data at any time for the particular project as long as the ATDA has not been approved or certified by the relevant authorities.

Data will be saved in the system and the analysis can now be used as a reference for cost planning, etc.


Civil ATDA

ATDA is an assessment in the overall tender cost of work activities from the beginning to completion, i.e.

  1. cost of main contract or material
  2. labour and supervision
  3. cost of land
  4. engineering fees
  5. miscellaneous, viz. removal costs of owner, contingencies percentage, etc

ATDA Online is a simple way to prepare an elemental analysis from the:

  1. Summary of Bill of Quantities (Conventional Contract) or
  2. Contract Sum Analysis (Design & Build Contract), whether you are Quantity Surveyor/ Engineering / Superintendence Officer / Project Director as well of your representatives

ATDA Online allows all users (QS/ Engineer/ Superintendence Officer/ Project Director) to:

  1. fill-in data for all new projects
  2. Flexibility to amend or update at any time for the particular project as long has not been approved or certified by the relevant authorities

Data will be saved in the system and the analysis can act as a vehicle for departmental cost information database and ready to be used as references for cost planning purposes. Registered portal users can make quick references through the preset filtering fields eg:

  1. Project title
  2. State
  3. Year
  4. Terrain/geographical condition
  5. Project category
  6. Basis of tender
  7. Type of contract as well as JKR's Road Standard
