Building ACDAACDA is produced to provide information on the overall expenditure incurred on a particular project and shall be prepared upon the completion of the Final Account. The details of the final project cost are tabulated in the ACDA form which shall include the cost of Variation of Works, the actual cost of PC Sum & Provisional Sum, the actual cost for re-measured items in contract (if any) and all other applicable project expenditure (i.e. cost of relocation of services, cost of land acquisition, variation of price, cost of documentation and advertisement, cost of consultants' fees and supervision and soil investigation). ACDA Online allows all QS or Superintendence Officer to fill-in data of the project cost (by referring to the original ATDA costing as default) including other project expenditure and enable adjustments to be filled in the form to suit the Final Account of the project. Thus, the overall final cost of a project will easily be obtained complete with the automated sum calculation of cost per unit rate for every work item.
